My passion is to help clients discover their self-efficacy and autonomy through integrative health and wellness coaching. Accomplished through guided self-analysis and goal setting, utilizing researched-backed techniques that incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices, each session is designed to help clients become fully aware of their present wellness.

Find your Flow

Using meditation and mindfulness techniques, clients are invited to explore their inner realms and conceptualizations of health and wellness. With these insights and tools, clients learn how to achieve their optimal version of themselves. Clients are educated and encouraged to live from a place of presence and discover the freedom to live their lives fully in each moment.

In my work, clients learn how to shift their mindset and tap into their best efforts through meditation coaching in tandem with mindfulness mentoring. This teaching allows clients to discover their own power by building their repertoire of holistic health and wellness practices through techniques supported by scientific research.

Discover Balance

Once clients experience their shift and own their flow, the final piece is learning to balance their newly developed skills in day-to-day living. Integration helps clients weave learned concepts into everyday life for a more enriching and supportive experience that has benefits for years to come.

Healthcare is evolving with a better understanding of the mind-body connection. This positive shift offers clients the opportunity to explore more than physical aspects, but also connectivity between the mind and body.

After working in various roles in healthcare, usually frontline, I noticed common themes when it came to health. One of the most important was that preventative care is the most effective in attaining and maintaining one’s health. However, preventative care then meant the yearly checkup, six-month dental cleaning, etc. While I consider these important aspects of personal healthcare, they have limits. They are mostly geared to finding physical problems and overlook the mind-body connection. 

Now, preventative care incorporates mind-body connection elements that allow people to tap into more effective healing modalities.

Wellness Coaching for Healing

When I think of preventative healthcare now, it encompasses so much more. Not only does one need to address the physical aspect, but also the mental. Connecting the body with the mind is such an important part of health. In my mentoring services, the mind-body connection is explored and clients discover a more holistic way of living.


In my practice, I utilize meditative techniques in conjunction with mindfulness practice to help clients achieve their holistic wellness goals. Clients learn techniques which help them tap into their own inner strength and find agency in their wellness journey. In addition, clients are coached on how to embody their newly learned skills and employ them in everyday life.

My focus is on clients who have difficulty switching a restless mind off, especially those plagued by stressors from high-impact vocations and lifestyles. For individuals constantly plagued by incessant residual mental chatter from high-stress lifestyles, there is help. I draw upon years of personal experience in high-stress jobs to understand the life areas stressed-out clients seek help with in coping.

High-stress professions such as nursing, EMS, medical, social work, etc., are just some examples. Professionals such as educators, veterans, attorneys, event coordinators, etc., benefit from my services in health and wellness coaching.  While this list is not exhaustive, it does provide profiles of the individuals I specialize in coaching.

Pause & Breathe

Due to the passing of my parents (January 2025), I will be taking a break from coaching. In March 2025, I plan to return to writing, blogging and mindfully accepting new clients.
