With my background in high-stress professions (EMS, nursing, education) and expertise in somatics, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga, I help people discover their personal agency through somatic healing. I teach clients to experience their emotions and feelings through somatic meditation in order to thrive in everyday life.
I integrate research-backed mindfulness and meditation techniques into client sessions to help them reconnect with themselves and sense of agency. I specialize in supporting individuals whose ocupations or personal lives are high-impact, often leaving them feeling overwhelmed and ungrounded.
