Drawing on my years of experience in high-stress professions (paramedic, RN, educator) and training as a medication coach, mindfulness mentor, and yoga instructor, I help people discover their agency through health and wellness by teaching them to mindfully embody their purpose and thrive in daily life.
Working with health and wellness coaching modalities, I weave mindfulness and meditation techniques into sessions to help people rediscover their inner calm and agency. Specializing in people whose vocations and/or lives are high-impact and leave them with feelings of overwhelm and being ungrounded, I draw on my experience to connect with guests for better understanding and guidance.
